Kakloonz offers a rereading of my first ten years of creation through the embodiment of Pollazo, a clown I conceive less as a buffoon than as a shamanic figure.
Through an instinctive language shaped by understated humor, embraced clumsiness, and raw sensitivity, Pollazo acts as a mediator between my inner world and broader realities, where consciousness, philosophy, cosmology, and perception intertwine. By revisiting my past series through this lens, I seek to introduce more freedom and pleasure into a practice that, until recently, was marked by technical rigor. Pollazo allows me to approach my own visual codes with a renewed lightness, where imperfection becomes a generator of meaning. Kakloonz thus explores a space where the candid and the metaphysical coexist. Through this character, I continue a reflection on transformation, presence, and the way imbalance can become a fertile ground for visual poetry. |
